1989 Volvo 240 DL Estate

In my friend Paul's neighborhood, this 240 wagon is a common sight around town. It's in excellent condition for its age, and is still running like it did out of the factory. This isn't anything too interesting, being just your average 240, but it deserves some love regardless. 

1989 was the final year for the chrome trim around the back of rear windshield. In 1990, Volvo switched to a larger window, with rubber weatherstripping replacing the chrome trim. Note that this car's lights are in amazing shape, with no fading!

What a clean ride! Seriously, this 240 was mint.
